Welcome to NEXUS Tech Store ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NEXUS Tech Store website located at www.nexustech.com (the "Site"), including any purchases made through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEXUS Tech Store. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features of the Site, including order tracking, wishlist management, and order history, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

All products listed on our Site, including computer hardware components, laptops, monitors, peripherals, gaming gear, and networking equipment, are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content on the Site are error-free or complete.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated by your selected currency preference. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error:

• We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
• If your order has already been charged, we will issue a full refund and notify you of the cancellation.
• We are not obligated to sell any product at an incorrectly listed price.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the specified promotion period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

When you place an order through our Site, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal: Including PayPal Credit and Pay Later options
• Bank Transfer: Available for orders exceeding $500 USD

Your payment will be processed at the time your order is placed. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation email.

NEXUS Tech Store ships to addresses within Jordan and select international destinations. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Jordan): 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $50 USD; otherwise $5.99 USD.
• Express Shipping (Jordan): 1-2 business days. Flat rate of $12.99 USD.
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

For international orders shipped to Jordan and other countries, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. NEXUS Tech Store offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, or if opened, must be in like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging materials included.
• Products must be free from physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).

Non-returnable items: The following categories of products cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Software, digital downloads, and license keys
• Thermal paste, thermal pads, and other consumable items
• Custom-built or configured-to-order systems
• Products with tampered or removed serial number stickers

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@nexustech.com or call +962 6 123 4567 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price.

All products sold through NEXUS Tech Store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified by the respective brand or manufacturer. Warranty periods and coverage vary by product and brand. Common warranty terms include:

• Graphics Cards (GPU): Typically 3 years from the date of purchase (varies by manufacturer).
• Processors (CPU): 3-year limited warranty from Intel; 3-year limited warranty from AMD.
• Motherboards: 3-year warranty from most manufacturers (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte).
• RAM Memory: Limited lifetime warranty from major brands (Corsair, Kingston, G.Skill).
• Storage (SSD/HDD): 3-5 year warranty depending on the manufacturer and model.
• Power Supplies: 5-10 year warranty depending on the tier and manufacturer.
• Monitors: 1-3 year warranty depending on manufacturer; includes dead pixel policies where applicable.
• Peripherals: 1-2 year warranty from the manufacturer.

NEXUS Tech Store acts as an authorized reseller and will assist you with warranty claims by providing proof of purchase documentation and facilitating communication with the manufacturer. For warranty service, please contact us with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue.

Warranty exclusions: Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, use with incompatible components, or damage caused by power surges or electrical faults. Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not eligible for warranty service.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of NEXUS Tech Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The NEXUS Tech Store name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NEXUS Tech Store. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Site without our express written consent.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data gathering or extraction methods on the Site.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site, including other users, product manufacturers, or shipping carriers.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEXUS Tech Store, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of NEXUS Tech Store.

NEXUS Tech Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
